What should you do before your appointment? Come with unwashed hair.
Leave your hair alone that morning. A scalp reads more clearly on the monitor when it has not just been stripped, and cleaning it is the work you are paying for. There is nothing else to prepare — no products to bring, no forms to print — and the format you booked can still change once the camera is on.
- Arrive with dry, unwashed hair. Yesterday's dry shampoo is fine, and it shows up clearly on the monitor.
